Young Adults, Adults

Are you finding it difficult to tolerate social vulnerability?  Are you curious about how others experience you?  Do you hit barriers in relationships but are baffled as to what they are? Maybe you are very successful at work but find yourself lonely or have difficulty connecting in your personal relationships. A process group may be just the thing for you.

In group we cultivate enough trust and safety to practice and explore social interactions. It is a place in which we can work together to invite and make use of our shared observations.  It is a place to both offer and receive support and to share life's joys and sorrows while learning about yourself and others.

Two in person groups:
Established group on Wednesdays 9:00-10:20am
New Group forming Thursdays Noon - 1:20pm
1398 Solano Avenue
Albany, CA 94706
Intake process open now.

I have been a social worker for more than twenty years and have been fortunate to work with diverse clients at all stages of life.  I am experienced with working with many of life's most common problems --- depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, loneliness --- and my specialties are infertility, adoption and trauma. In recent years I have become passionate about the healing power of group therapy, appreciating that it is both an affordable option and a deeply transformative one.
