Summit Center: Support Group for Parents of Anxious/Sensitive Children

Summit Center psychologist Dr. Ginny Ritchey is offering a guided weekly group on the hidden and often misunderstood challenges of raising highly sensitive and anxious children. Participants will discuss the different ways anxiety is expressed in children; how to talk about it; how adults can identify and manage their own triggers; the do's and don'ts; effective strategies; and more. For parents or guardians of elementary school-aged children. The group will meet virtually every Tuesday at 7 pm (Pacific) for six weeks starting on February 25, 2025.
