Date: Thursday 1/30 at 6pm PST via Zoom

Cost: FREE

If you have a teen preparing for college—or already navigating college life—this workshop is for you. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to help students build strong time management, organization, and self-regulation skills, all essential for a successful college experience. As parents, you’ll also learn key questions to ask and steps to take to support your teen, especially if they face executive functioning challenges. Let’s work together to ensure your teen feels confident and equipped for this exciting journey!

This workshop is led by Maleek Mitchell, SfL Clinician. Maleek holds an M.A. and an M.S. in Education with a focus on Inclusion. With nearly two decades of experience supporting students, Maleek currently serves as an Educational Specialist in a post-secondary setting.
