As we turn the page on another incredible year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the milestones that made 2024 so impactful and thank you for being part of our journey and share more about how are services can support you and your family in 2025.

What We Accomplished Together in 2024

• Expanded Services into the Bay Area
  This year marked a major milestone as we opened our services in the Bay Area, bringing Key Collective’s unique mentoring and companion care to new clients and families. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re thrilled to continue growing this community.
• Welcomed New Mentors to the Team
  We brought on 14 new exceptional mentors this year, each bringing their lived experiences and professional expertise to support our clients. Our growing team reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care that can be tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Enhanced our Programs
  From increasing staff trainings to adding refined tracking systems for client outcomes, we’ve enhanced our programs to ensure that every client experiences meaningful progress.

• Strengthened Leadership

  Our fearless and beloved Executive Director, Chandler Green, celebrated a major milestone this past year by completing necessary steps to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. His clinical expertise is a guiding light in our admissions process and crucial for overseeing our mentors and companions. His ability to apply a clinical lens to the unique needs of our clients sets us apart in our pairing process and makes our services truly clinically-informed and overseen.

  Key Collective also saw growth in our leadership team, including adding Harmony King, our Director of Clinical Partnerships in the Bay Area. We are so proud of her leadership in opening the Bay Area market and thrilled about the new connections she has fostered that have served to deepen our impact across California and beyond. Go team!

We have big plans for the year ahead, including launching new initiatives (stay tuned), expanding parent coaching services, and continuing to empower the individuals and families we serve through tailored, one-on-one support.
