Kathy Dyson, LMFT: High School Girls Empowerment Group

A new session of the High School Girls Empowerment Group is starting soon in Emeryville

6 Mondays 4:00- 5:30pm, April 21-May 26 ($350 for the series)

In this 6-week long series girls will connect with each other as well as gain insight on topics such as navigating friendships, setting boundaries, and increasing self-confidence through a variety of engaging activities: mindfulness, arts, guided imagery and more. 

If the interest is there, it could lead to an ongoing group or monthly meetings (each group bonds differently).
