Jamie Greenwood Coaching: A Restful Retreat for Mothers

Homecoming LIVE is a unique in-person retreat with Life and Leadership Coach Jamie Greenwood spread across 2 days, one in December, one in February for mothers who are hungry for connection and community. During the retreat you will have time to reflect on the past year, re-align with your joy (without guilt), name your desires, release expectations for more ease and self-compassion, and get much-needed support. The last day to sign up is Nov 29th and there are only 8 spots.

We are living in uniquely stressful and intense times, especially for parents. IT HAS TRULY BEEN A YEAR and we all desperately require time and space to process it and re-imagine our future before we hop into the next one.

Homecoming LIVE is a unique, 8 participant retreat held in Berkeley, California where you will have dedicated space to reflect on the past year and plant the seeds of courage, clarity, JOY and self-compassion for your year ahead.  

Homecoming LIVE is where you will reset your mind, replenish your nervous system and re-imagine how you want to enter 2025 within a group of amazing women. **It's also where you will receive the wisdom you often believe you must find alone.

Between the two retreat days, you will:

• Cultivate a deep sense of rest
• Reflect on your wins, woes and ah-has of 2024
• Redefine "success" and what it means to be a "good mom"
• Release the guilt and shame that keeps you feeling like shit (Yes, there is actually a way to do this.)
• Name what you want to leave behind and what you will bring forward in your new year
• Reconnect to your joy
• Set intentions based on your unique desires
• Learn best practices for entering 2025 with excitement rather than overwhelm 

Homecoming LIVE is designed to give you time and space to reflect, recalibrate, REST, reconnect and remember yourself, without any need to maniacally "jumpstart" your year - all while being supported in the process.

Retreat Dates and Details: 

Sunday, Dec 8 and Sunday, Feb 2

• Time: 10 am to 2 pm PT 

• In person at Jamie's home in Berkeley, California

• A nourishing organic lunch and snacks will be provided 

Investment:

The 2 day retreat investment is $500-$975, sliding scale. (At the $975 level you will also receive a 1:1 coaching session with Jamie.)
