Heartwood Circle: Rooted & Renewed, is a nature-based support group designed for moms and non-binary parents (and their babies) seeking grounding, connection, and heartfelt sharing. Through focused grounding activities in nature, gentle somatic exercises, and a supportive sharing circle, you'll practice cultivating presence, releasing tension, building community, and gaining practical tools for self-care, leaving each session feeling more centered and connected amidst the ups and downs of parenthood.
