East Bay Art Therapy: Middle School Art Therapy Group (Ages 11-14)
MIDDLE SCHOOL ART THERAPY GROUP
Now enrolling for the Spring season group!
The Middle School Art Therapy Group is for individuals ages 11-14 currently in middle school. This group is for girls, genderqueer, non-binary, and trans youth. This art therapy group integrates therapeutic art making, journaling and talk therapy and focuses on emotion expression, coping skills, self esteem, social relationships, body image, identity, neurodivergence, gender & sexuality, transitions, and managing stress and symptoms such as anxiety and depression. (If your teen is already in High School, we have a Teen Art Therapy Group for ages 14-18!)

Group is 10 weeks
$800 for 10-week group ($80 / 90 min group) (Split up into 2 payments of $400)
Maximum Capacity: 8

This group is in-person at the East Bay Art Therapy office in Oakland, CA.
This group takes place 4 times per year, one for each season.

We also have a diverse team of Art Therapists on our team that offer individual, family, and couples art therapy services to ages 4 through adulthood! (in-person or virtual) and we also have art therapy groups for adults!
