I am offering full spectrum doula services including preconception and extended postpartum. I draw upon my personal experience and research expertise to develop an individualized approach for each stage of the family planning journey. 

Services include

• Preconception and Fertility support: This is tailored towards parents-to-be and parents trying to conceive
• Birth and Labor Support: Birth doula services and postpartum support through 2 months postpartum
• Postpartum care visits: Support through the extended postpartum up to 1 year
• Person centered coaching: Practical and evidence based advising related to your unique parenthood journey
