Confidence Club | Kate Ekman, PsyD: Emotional Regulation, Social Skills, & Anxiety Groups

Confidence Club skills groups are returning in January!  The following groups are actively enrolling and have available spots:

Emotional Regulation & Social Skills for Kindergarten/First Grade: Sundays at 10am from January 5th-March 30th

Emotional Regulation & Social Skills (Ages 7-9/Grades 2-3): Sundays at 11am from January 5th-March 30th

Emotional Regulation & Social Skills (Ages 9-11/Grades 4-6): Sundays at 1pm from January 5th-March 30th

Take Charge of Anxiety! (Ages 5-7): Tuesdays at 4pm from January 7th-March 25th

All kids' skills groups are 12 weeks long.  There are no groups over MLK weekend, and the Tuesday group meets for 12 consecutive weeks.  The total fee is $1,500 including a parent feedback session at the end.  Limited sliding scale spots are available.

There are also available spots in the Teen Anxiety Support Group that meets every Sunday at 3pm 

Comprehensive psycho-educational/neuropsychological evaluation services are also offered.  Autism spectrum evaluations for ages 2 and up.  All other evaluation services are for ages 5 through adulthood.
