Hi ! Im Christine, and I am a certified birth and postpartum doula with over 8 years of experience helping families welcome their little ones into the world and adjusting to life with a newborn.

During labor and delivery, I will provide physical and emotional support to help you feel empowered and confident. I can also offer education on birth options and help you create a birth plan that aligns with your values and preferences. 

After your baby arrives, I can support you and your family in the early weeks and months of parenthood. Whether you need help with breastfeeding, newborn care, or just some extra emotional support, I am here to help. In addition to postpartum care, I offer belly binding in the comfort of your home.
