Looking for a therapist for your family or child?

We have a limited number of current openings in our groups, classes and therapy program!

If you are wondering if your child would benefit from therapy... you are the expert on your child!  You may ask yourself whether the behaviors you notice are impacting your child’s capacity in any of these areas-

  • Relational: Are they seeking attention and connection with you, family members, and other caregivers? Are they interacting in ways you’d expect for their age?
  • Emotional: Do they seem like they are experiencing a range of emotions, e.g. happiness, sadness, frustration? Are they able to recover with your help when feeling sad or frustrated?
  • Developmental: Are they making progress in learning new skills? If they are in school, are they adapting well to the school environment?

If these questions have led you to suspect that your child might need more support, we want to start by saying – that is ok!   Most families will experience difficulties from time to time and seek a helping hand.

We can help children, families and caregivers with...

  • Understanding your child and improving relationships
  • Developing effective caregiving practices based on your specific child, school or family needs
  • Coping with a diagnosis (ADHD, ASD, Postpartum depression/ anxiety, learning disorders, PDD...)
  • Building new skills
  • Processing a traumatic event, change in family structure or dealing with a crisis
  • Grief and loss support
