Berkwood Hedge School is an award-winning progressive independent school serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
Our Rolling Admission season is now underway and we are accepting applications through summer for September admission. Berkwood Hedge School offers a hands-on program designed to meet the needs of K-8 students and to spark their interest and enthusiastic engagement. Berkwood Hedge School excites, inspires, and engages students with an innovative and relevant program featuring an interdisciplinary curriculum, structured literacy, applied mathematics, woodworking, engineering, outdoor education, fine and performing arts, and K-8 Latin language instruction. Built upon our nearly 80 years strong foundation, we cultivate the leaders our world needs now and in the future.
