The Berkeley School Preschool: Openings for 2-5 year olds!

The Berkeley School is a preschool through 8th grade independent school with two campuses. Our Early Childhood program (2 - 5 years old) is based on the belief that young children flourish with gentle guidance, social connection, and the freedom to explore at their own pace. Our classrooms invite curiosity, play, and discovery, blending Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and emergent curriculum to support children's growing independence and social learning. We are now accepting applications for Fall 2025-26 for our following programs:

Twos, ages 2 yrs – 2 yrs 11 months, with group size: 11 and ratio: 1:3

Preschool Mixed, ages 2 yrs 7 months – 5 yrs, with group size: 20 to 24 and ratio: 1:7, 1:8

Transitional Kindergarten, children turning 5 in the first months of the school year, with group size: up to 20 and ratio: 1:10

We offer tours of our magical campus every Tuesday from 10-11am led by the Preschool Director. Please inquire to learn more about The Berkeley School. We do have a few spots left for 2024-25 if you are looking for an immediate start.
