Berkeley Echo Lake Camp: Registration Today For Our Teen Backpacking Program!

Berkeley Echo Lake Camp’s Adventure Backpacking Program offers an amazing opportunity for a group of 10 campers (ages 13-17) to explore the beautiful wilderness of the Sierras. Our talented and highly trained staff will lead campers through a 3-day or 4-day trip in Desolation Wilderness where campers will make new friends, swim in beautiful alpine lakes, sleep under the stars, summit mountain peaks, have fun, and walk away with an incredible sense of accomplishment, confidence, and responsibility as they overcome challenges as a team! All of our trips are a part of a 6-day program that runs Monday through Saturday. Days not spent on the trail will be spent at camp preparing for the trip and participating in camp activities. We provide transportation to and from Berkeley, as well as all the food and personal backpacking gear needed (tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, etc.). The only things campers need to bring are clothes and a sturdy pair of shoes! For more detailed information, take a look at our guide APB Guide.
