Bay Language Academy: FUN CAMPS: ARTS, LANGUAGES, COOKING, OUTDOORS and more
Over the past fourteen years, Bay Language Academy has engaged and educated multilingual children through exploration and discovery. We foster creativity via music, art, cooking, storytelling, sensory awareness, and both indoor and outdoor multicultural activities.
This summer, from July 14 to August 8, we are offering multicultural summer camp sessions for children from Pre-K to 5th grade. Families can choose between two to four weeks of participation.
Our camps provide a rich blend of activities:
- Language Exposure: Immerse in languages like French, Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, and English through both formal instruction and informal interactions. Visit our web site
- Experiential Learning: Satisfy curiosity by exploring the microscopic world using microscopes to examine the "little creatures" around us.
- Mindfulness Practices: Engage in yoga, stretching, and breathing exercises to promote well-being.
- Artistic Creativity: Participate in activities such as painting, cartooning, and sculpting to express creativity.
- Sensory and Motor Activities: Enjoy global music through listening and dancing, along with organized sports during daily outdoor play.
- Energetic Games and Crafts: Take part in hands-on activities, crafts, and games designed to build friendships that may last a lifetime.
- Cinematic Experiences: Experience the "eighth art" with private movie screenings and lunches organized exclusively for our campers.
- Culinary Arts: Explore the art and science of cooking, covering preparation, cooking, plating, presentation, and serving of food, delighting our taste buds.
